    In today’s video Show Up Fitness teaches you how to develop a resume for a commercial gym like Equinox, Crunch, or 24-hour.

    ABOUT TODAY’S VIDEO:
    Resume development is crucial for getting your foot into the door at a corporate gym. Whether if you want to become a personal trainer at Equinox, 24-Hour, Crunch, Lifetime Fitness, or LA fitness, your resume needs to be spot on. The little things will separate you from the competition such as not having a cover page, making it 1-page only, making sure the punctuation and diction is up to date. We suggest using a program like grammarly to make sure everything is spelled properly. Give your resume to a friend or co-worker to review. You can send your resume to us at chris@showupfitness and we will help guide you to get hired at equinox or crunch. Be diverse and don’t just put NASM certified and never put any certs that you plan on getting NASM-CES next year. We suggest using NSCA and ACSM (review the needs analysis and ACSM Risk stratifications) so you can add to your resume.
