    In part 4 of this 5 part Post Pregnancy Weight Loss Journey video series Sarah explains the process and benefits of Personal Training as a career specifically in the group fitness atmosphere as a fitness instructor. After having her son, she needed to maintain a flexible part time job and found that as a group fitness instructor she was able to only work 15-20 hours a week, make the money she needs and also assisted in helping her lose weight after pregnancy. In this video she will give you a tour of the studio she works in as well as trainer tips as to the benefits of interval training and will give you a typical breakdown of a day in the life of a personal trainer. In the course of the series she’ll be showing you how to lose weight after pregnancy without calorie counting simply by eating real food and working out. Sarah will be temporarily eliminating dairy, sugar and gluten from her diet for 30 days and exercising 1 hour a day 5 times a week to jumpstart her postpartum weight loss. She’ll be showing you her post pregnancy diet, exercises and workout routine and keepin’ it real by sharing her before and after results with you as well!
