Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower (PHUL) Workout Routine
This video goes over a basic 4 day upper lower routine for intermediate to advanced lifters. It was originally something I did for the Muscle & Strength website, however I’ve posted it here as well for your convenience. Please note that this routine is very customizable and is meant to give you a basic structure going forward. It was inspired by parts of several programs I enjoyed.
