    Description

    The Gym Test must be successfully completed by Royal Marines recruits in week 9 (or 10) of their 32 week training programme.

    Preparation for the Gym Test is undertaken during weeks 6 to 9.

    The Gym Test consists of:

    1. Press-ups;
    2. Rope climb; and
    3. Sit-ups.
