    10 seated front dumbbell press with palms facing inward
    10 90º dumbbell press

    SUPERSET | 3 sets
    10 seated dumbbell press
    10 barbell front raise above ahead to behind the head press

    DROPSET | Repeat 2 times
    5 reps
    8 reps
    10 reps
    12 reps

    Lower weight after each set | do not take a break between sets.
