    Description

*my video editor spelled circuit wrong 6 times and I can’t fire her because we live together and that’d be really awkward. Sorry guys.

Follow along with me for 20 minutes at the gym, at home, the dojo, or anywhere else you have access to a set of dumbbells! This week is the second week of my 4 part Simple Guide to Gym or Home Workouts with free weights. Over the next 4 weeks we’ll be going through a quick resistance workout routine, hitting the full body from top to bottom.

This week we will be working out our back, shoulders, triceps and core! These are awesome movements for all my karate students and fitness kickboxers out there looking to develop a strong foundation to build their striking techniques!

This workout will be beneficial for beginners in the fitness world, to the more advanced! All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells, or two, and a raised surface. Resistance training is a major part of my personal workout plans and routines. So, my goal is to help you guys feel more comfortable lifting weights (I know this can be scary) on your own, at home or in the gym.

Drop a comment down below if you will be following along through out this four part series!
