    3 Day Workout Routine for Gym Beginners and Skinny Fat people. This Full body workout is for both men and women, mainly aimed at new gym beginners looking to get in shape but can just as easily be applied to those that are a little more advanced in their training.

    I include many compound exercises because they are great for building muscle and changing your body composition by burning more calories than just isolation exercises.

    The 3 Day Full body Training Routine is listed below:
    Deadlift: 3x 6-8
    Shoulder press: 3x 8-10
    Bench press: 3x 6-8
    Walking lunges: 3 lengths
    Barbell/t-bar row: 3x 6-8
    Legs & Abs HIIT circuit: 2 rounds
    Bicep curl: 2×10
    Tricep pushdown: 2×10

    This 3 day gym split to be spread out over the week, not consecutive days. Try leave at least one day between each gym day for your body to rest.
