    You can make it longer, harder, more intense if you like but if you want to follow it as per the video, do the exercises as demonstrated. You then get a rest until the clock hits 6 minutes before your next round begins. Try and do as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes, making sure that you take full advantage of the rest between when you finish one round and start your next one on the 6 minute mark.
