    TONE FLAPPY ARMS IN 1 WEEK! Back To School Vibe!! 🏫. Look BOMB without trying! We use our upper body for everyday activities such as picking, pulling, carrying, pushing etc. How important it is to have a strong upper body, isn’t it?

    This video aims to strengthen your arms, triceps, biceps, chest, shoulders and back. I started with some basic moves first as always, so if you are a beginner, you can always enjoy working out with me.

    And of course I also have workouts that needed more strength and time to build. If you couldn’t make it this time, try another time… and another time. Rome wasn’t built in a day, they worked on it everyday. And that is how we build out strength too.

    I am no super woman, I just build my strength gradually. Remember that gradual improvement in training are always paid off in the end.
