    Here’s the workout:

    Goblet SQ: 8-10reps x 3-4sets
    Incline Press: 8-10reps x 3-4sets
    Seated Cable Row: 8-10reps x 3-4 sets

    -Rest 1 min after each set

    Split Squat: 8-10each x 3 sets
    Pulldown: 8-10 each x 3 sets
    Push Ups: 8-10 each x 3 sets

    Rest 1 min after each set

    Ab Work:
    1-L V-Sit: 8-10each x 3
    Russian Twist: 10each x 3

    Note: Make sure you warm up before performing working sets. Do a warm-up of each exercise in that set before starting working sets.
