    Hello my strong strong friends. For today’s video we are celebrating FOOTBALL! I was doing research on some of the athletes from both teams, and the internet showed me that the most clickbait worthy faces are Tom Brady and Gronk.

    TB12 (Tom Brady’s Workout)
    Perform the exercises for :20 seconds on each side. Follow the TB12 app timing and instructions (but probably not the demos)

    1. Single Leg Glute Bridge
    2. Pallof Press
    3. Bodyweight Squat
    4. Pallof Press
    5. Short Side Plank
    6. 90/90 single leg balance
    7. Assisted Forward Lunge (Resisted for ward lunge)
    8. Lateral Alternating Lunge

    GRONK’S WORKOUT
    Perform the exercises one after the other in a circuit. Do each exercise for 20 seconds and repeat the full circuit for 2-3 sets, resting only as needed. Rest for 1-2 minutes between each circuit.

    Circuit 1
    Clean + Press
    Ball Slam
    Inverted Row
    Sled Push

    Circuit 2
    Rower
    Landmine Core rotation
    Shoulder Press
    Box jumps

    Circuit 3
    Rope slams
    Pull-ups
    KB swings
    Plate raises

    These two have a lot in common, but in this video we are going to be exploring their fitness advice to the masses. We are testing one of the Tom Brady’s TB12 workouts and a circuit from Rob Gronkowski.

I’m still going to give them an honest shot, and I’ll report back on with my honest opinion of how I feel during the workout. But honestly WTF.
