    In this video I will be testing out a booty and leg workout by fitness guru, Whitney Simmons. She has been a favorite YouTuber for me when I got in to fitness and I have been following her workouts for a while now. Today I tried out her booty and leg workout guide at La Fitness. It left my glutes, hamstrings and quads sore for DAYS!

    T-bar single leg lifts into sumo squats. This one was challenging since you are balancing on one leg and it is testing your grip strength as well. The stretch when going downwards felt good in my leg. This was a personal favorite and I will be incorporating it into more workouts.
    Cable Super Set. 10 pull throughs to 15 sumo squats at 30 lbs. The pull through on the cable felt awkward for me personally. I liked the sumo squat because it was like a weightlifting squat without the pressure on your knees and ankles. I tried a similar type of workout from Sommer Ray recently, video here:
    Weightlifting lunge into sumo squats 50 lb on bar. The sumo squat and lunge was challenging for my legs at first but once I got into a rhythm it felt nice. This one challenged me to get out of my comfort zone at the gym since I never really use the weightlifting bar.

    To conclude the Whitney Simmons leg & booty workout, my legs have been sore for days! It was very challenging and got me out of my comfort zone. My love for Whitney Simmons grew even stronger after following this workout of hers. I will be trying more of her workout plans and posting them here.
