    20 seconds burpees / beginner burpees
    -10 second break –
    20 seconds shoulder press
    -10 second break –

    — 30 SECOND BREAK —

    20 seconds mountain climbers
    – 10 second break –
    20 seconds sumo split jumps
    – 10 second break –

    — 1 MINUTE BREAK —

    Round 2: (REPEAT EACH SET TWICE or THREE TIMES)

    20 seconds bicycle crunches
    – 10 second break –
    20 seconds push up with straddle jump
    – 10 second break –
