    This weeks workout will sculpt, LIFT, and strengthen your thighs, glutes, and, oh, did we mention OBLIQUES?? This HIIT style barre workout with Paige, starts with plies to warm up the lower body, moving into oblique and core work, and ends with glute lifting arabesques!! We snuck some lunges in there too….let us know what you think!!
