Time flew by in this strength and cardio bootcamp! We alternated strength moves with cardio moves and didn’t repeat any exercise throughout the workout! This is a newer boot camp format and I loved it! I hope you worked hard with me! I used 8 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb dumbbells today but as always, use the weights that work for you! We are working for 50 seconds and resting for 10 so give me all you’ve got today! Let’s crush it together!
