    Tools needed: a pair of light, moderate and heavy dumbbells

    1. Chest press
    2. Pullover with legs lowering
    3. Chest fly with crunch
    4. Renegade row
    5. CHEK press
    6. Bicep curl
    7. Skull crushers
    8. Side and front lateral raises

    40 sec, laddering up & adding a new exercise with each new set.
