Today you don’t need any equipment aside from your water bottle and a sweat towel! I am using my background as a division 1 athlete to bring you a HIIT tabata workout that has a sports theme to it! We will go through basketball, volleyball, soccer, and football themed exercises and work in 20 second increments resting for 10 seconds.
