60 MINUTE OUTDOOR CARDIO HIIT -This was another really fun and fast cardio hiit session! So simple during the summer because it can be done anywhere because there is no equipment required. There are some bodyweight exercises in here as well as cardio hiit exercises, so you’ll be building muscle and burning body fat at the same time! Let’s do this and move daily.

You will need: water, yoga mat
Format: 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Workout:
Butt kicks
Alternating side lunge
Jumping jacks
x3
Diagonal ice skaters
Partial burpees
Pushup rotation
x3
Bicycles
4 scissors, 2 squat jumps
Cardio kicks
x3
Crunch kick out
Plie squat jump
Fast feet
x3
Plank shoulder tap
3 windmills army roll
Alternating front lunges
x3
Burpee tuck jump
Full sit up
Climb the ladder
