This toning segment with gliders is definitely the toughest one we’ve done!!!! Your legs will be on FIRE! Inner thighs, glutes, hamstrings and quads. When you go into a back lunge, keep your leg fully straight (unlike 90 degree angle with regular lunges). Modify with speed and dynamic.
