    Description

    Bryant Park Yoga is an open level Vinyasa flow class for people new to the practice as well as experienced yogis. The free bi-weekly classes run from May through September: Tuesdays (10am- 11am) on the Upper Terrace and Thursdays (6:00pm — 7:00pm) on the Lawn. Our partner, lululemon, provides free mats for all participants, and brings in instructors from top yoga studios across the city.
