    Description

    Build endurance INDOORS when you can’t get outside for a run or walk! This interval routine focuses on protecting the pelvic floor while still getting a great total-body cardio workout. It’s guaranteed to warm you up when the weather is cold and gloomy! Jogging interval variations are medium to high impact; however, low-impact options are provided.

    This indoor cardio workout is safe for most women with mild to moderate diastasis recti and/or pelvic organ prolapse who have already started a pelvic floor fitness program and/or for those who are working with a women’s health physical therapist. Please follow my cues for breathing and technique. STOP if anything is painful, uncomfortable, or feels aggravating for your body and your personal pelvic floor/core needs.
