    This is the first 15 minutes of an hour long cardio-sculpt fitness class using light weights for long, lean muscles. It is a total body workout when all four parts are done. This workout was designed to build core and body strength for the dancer’s body, but is a great fitness routine for anyone wanting strength without bulk.
