Flexibility and Strength for Feet & Ankles
Our feet and ankles are important for stability and balance.
We use our feet every day to transport us around and take us on adventures.
But we tend to stuff them into shoes with a toe box shape that is too narrow and heels that are too high.
This video will show you ways to stretch the soles of your feet, gain ankle mobility and strength and practice some yoga poses that will be enhanced with increased flexibility and strength in your feet and ankles.
