    For a lot of people, time on the treadmill or stationary bicycle makes up the bulk of their training – because that’s what they’ve been told they « have » to do. But not everyone needs the same amount of cardio training, or the same type, and the cardio training you do doesn’t have to happen on a machine. This routine is just one example of a full body routine that will get your heart pumping – and it’s a lot more fun than just wasting away time on a treadmill.
