    1️⃣ Squat Front Raise
    2️⃣ Snatch Burpees
    3️⃣ Reverse lunge Bicep curl
    4️⃣ Bear Crawl Rows
    5️⃣ Goblet Curtsey
    6️⃣ Chest Press, Crush, Fly Complex
    7️⃣ Bent Knee Leg Lifts
    8️⃣ Tricep Extensions

    3 mins Warm up Jump Rope.
    45 secs WORK, 15 secs REST of each exercise; rest 60 secs at the end of each round. Perform 3 rounds total. Finish with a 5-7 mins cool down stretch.
