    The Dance With Dragons, sword fitness routine was created as part of the themed fitness workouts for Darebee.com. It is the final part of Katana Week, a sword fitness program that, like all our workouts, took three months to design, create, test and refine so that it actually works.

    Designed to challenge the way your muscles work together and improve hand/eye coordination the Dance With Dragons sword fitness routine requires a fluidity that comes with practice.

    Although we designed it to work in a tight space the routine does require a little bit of sword swinging space (pets, kids and breakable ornaments should not be within reach of your Katana 🙂 ).
