Just as important, are its emotional benefits which include increased self-confidence, joy, laughter and clearing and quieting the mind. It is also used by many as a form of moving meditation and is credited with reducing depression and anxiety.
Minty Atherton offers group and private classes, workshops for events and workplace wellness programs in Hoop Dance, Hoop Fitness, Hoop Vinyasa and Yoga.
