    Pi~Yo Flow~ Created by instructor Traci Schulz. This is a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga and dance. The Pilates method is applied to the practice of Yoga coupled with very specific music chosen to accentuate movement with ease and flow. Utilizing the exercises in Mat Pilates that mirror the poses of Yoga, this class teaches ultimate strength, balance and flexibility through ones own mind/body awareness and control.
