    All right. Now this next one is super fun. It’s called the Reggae Dancehall Step. You can take this one anywhere with you. Rooftop, backyard barbecue, beach party, to the street, dance party. Whatever you want. OK? So, we’re gonna start super basic. We’re gonna start with the feet and then we’ll get into the arms. So you’re gonna do again, single, single, double. That’s the theme here with this workout is single, single, double. So your right heel is gonna come towards me. Single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double on the left. OK. Single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double on the left. OK. What are the arms doing? They’re going to go out, in, hold them out. In, out, hold them in. OK. So they work with the single, single, double. What does all that mean? OK. Let’s just do it. Let’s stop talking about it and start doing it. So we have single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double on the left. Single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double on the left. OK. And what is this working you’re wondering? Well, your lower body. Your quads. Your inner thighs. Your calf muscles by lifting your heel up. OK. It’s also working your upper body by getting those arms going. OK. Keep nice tight fist so that you’re really working the arms. OK. So, we’re gonna take it again slow under tempo to start, then we’ll speed it up. Here we go. Single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double on the left. Again. Single, single, double on the right. Single, single, double. Let’s speed it up. Single, single, double. Single, single, double. Move in low and lean back. Single, single, double. Single, single, double. Single, single, double. One more time. Keep stride. Last one. Single, single, hold. All right. So, do that for a minute, you’ll start to feel that in your legs. You’ll feel that your heart rate increases. It’s all good stuff in order for you to get fit and have fun while doing it. Yeah. Enjoy.
