    Don’t let the simplicity of this choreography fool you — we’ve secretly added some calf raises and bicep curls in between a fun cardio segment, which makes this the perfect low intensity or recovery song in your workout playlist!

    FIT TIP: The bicep curls require applied resistance to be effective. Focus on squeezing or engaging the bicep muscle and you raise your arms, and don’t forget to keep those elbows tucked into your hips.
    As for the calf raises, push through your toes and try to increase maximum range of motion as you raise your heels off the floor. You should feel the muscles engage all the way through your hamstrings and glutes if you’re fully engaged.
