A little ballet never hurt nobody! It’s a great challenge for your balance and core stabilization (Look! I know the professional terms!). I usually demo the bridge (jumping jack & pivot) sequence before the dance so people feel free to just LIVE in that moment when the song comes. As I say in class, if you want to throw a ponytail hair flip in on that pivot, I will not stop you. Feel empowered!
