We started out as a mobile fitness company primarily based in the DC/MD/VA Metropolitan area. Divas & Dolls Fitness quickly grew into a motivating environment for women to have fun and get healthy. Check out all that we have to offer:Personal training session (1 on 1)Private training sessions are given in either 30 or 60 minute intervals and can be combined with other services. Sessions can be held in-studio, in the client’s home or an agreed upon location.

    Pole Instructor Certification Program-The Divas & Dolls Fitness® Pole Fitness Certification Program is designed to equip pole professionals seeking to become certified as pole fitness instructors with the tools and knowledge necessary to design a safe and effective exercise program. This certification involves both a written and practical exam. There are three certification levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. An individual interested in obtaining the Divas & Dolls Fitness® Pole Fitness Certification must have the proper pre-requisite knowledge and skills corresponding to each level. Individuals do not necessarily have to have teaching experience but they must be able to successfully execute the pre-requisite moves for each level.
