Description
As Lizzie teaches she is always trying to make the stroller better! She wants a bell on it so when the moms in NYC go down the street they can click their bell like when on a bike. So people move away. The bell would play a song. Like Mozart 🙂 She is teaching a Dead Lift type move using the stroller. She stops the « Mom » group to correct them and make sure their back alignment is perfect. The class line, the class and the goals of fitness have to be perfect in all her Strollercize classes and with her Certified Instructors.
