Nicole Murphy reveals her healthy diet and daily workouts to lose weight

Nicole Murphy is a mother of five children aged 50 who keeps her body sizzling bikini with a healthy diet and daily workouts of one hour.

The former wife of actor Eddie Murphy was not always a fitness enthusiast, but she started exercising after her second pregnancy, when she had trouble losing the baby’s weight.

Nicole said she was lucky after recovering her pre-baby body naturally and quickly after her first pregnancy. But things went downhill for the former model after she got pregnant four times more.

‘I want to be healthy and in shape’
Now, Murphy arrives at the gym five to six days a week, combining cardiovascular exercise with weight-lifting exercises.

While she eats well and exercises to look good in a bikini, her true motivation is to be healthy and live long enough to enjoy her future grandchildren, she revealed on Twitter.

Nicole generally follows a low-carb, low-sugar diet that emphasizes whole foods instead of processed garbage. Murphy does not believe in restrictive diets or deprivation, and enjoys his favorite snacks sparingly.

Murphy works one hour a day, saying there is no excuse for not taking 60 minutes a day to improve his health. It does not have to be a structured training, and you can do it at home.

« Just train. » It’s only one hour of your day, « Nicole said. » There’s no excuse.  »

Murphy said his main goal now is to maintain his striking appearance. Nicole, who broke her commitment to Good Morning America host Michael Strahan in 2014, said she is not desperately trying to hold on to her youth, but simply wants to look good for her age.

« I want to maintain, » he said. « I’m 50 now, so I want to inspire other women, the fact that you have 50 does not mean it’s over, I’m not trying to look like 21, but I want you to see me well and be my partner. »

Nicole admitted receiving breast implants but said she is not addicted to plastic surgery. Murphy said that diet and exercise should be the first line of defense if you want to look and feel your best. .
