We love creating fun and do-able dance and fitness choreography that will help you have fun while you workout. This week we are featuring a series of exercises you can do anywhere – even when you are injured! This week I experienced some back issues that took me away from my normal routine. But that doesn’t mean I can’t get in a workout. You can workout seated in a chair. Grab a band and a ball and check out this weeks video for 5 upper exercises for your upper body plus one bonus inner thigh exercise.
