I recorded this video live on FaceBook but I thought everyone on Youtube who wants to improve their aerobic fitness, would like it too.
****I made a mistake…I said 200 instead of saying 220 for heart rate at one point in the video
Short hard aerobics (vo2 max training) and long easy aerobics (aerobic base building) are the way to proceed to get into the best aerobic shape of your life without over training.
Short hard : 220 – your age X 85% = interval heart rate
Long Easy: 180- your age = max aerobic heart rate
