    You can mix and match any of my 3 minute workout videos to build the perfect workout for you. You can slowly build up the amount of exercise you do or use them to fit in small bursts of exercise around your busy schedule.

    Boxing on the spot: A great one to get the whole body moving! Focusing on working those arms and getting the heart going.

    One two knee: This is one to work on your bum as well as improving leg strength and tone.

    Frog jumps: Watch out for these ones, they are TOUGH! But great for your bum and strengthening your knee joints.

    High knees: Work those legs! You can do this slowly and controlled, or really go for it, however you’re feeling!

    Lunge jumps: Amazing for your whole body and toning up.

    Sprint: Go go go! Last chance to burn that fat 🙂
