    Dance flexibility for higher kicks and leaps with resistance bands training using Dance Kinetic Bands.

    This high school dance Team is working with the Myosource Kinetic Bands to help build leg and hip strength, while also improving flexibility, balance and body control. During the resisted sets, the dancers are preforming dance jumps, leaps, kicks, and turns. They are working through the resistance, firing the muscles in the legs, hips, and core. After preforming resisted sets, the dancers will quickly preform unresisted sets. The dancer’s legs will feel lighter with increased flexibility. As you can see, the dancer’s kicks, jumps, and leaps are higher with a greater range of motion, grace, and poise.
