One can lose weight by moving more and eating a well-balanced diet, but getting rid of the stubborn belly fat is not an easy task. Even after following a strict diet and spending hours in the gym, getting rid of the belly fat can seem to be a big challenge.
    One of the best exercise to get rid of belly fat is Kettlebell swing.
    It is an ideal exercise to lose body fat and it helps to improve cardiovascular fitness as well. This exercise is even good for building strength and power.
    To do this exercise you have to stand shoulder-width apart and place the kettlebell on the floor slightly in front of you between your feet. Now bend your knees a little but depend mainly at your hips to grasp the kettlebell from both your hands. Now, pull it back between your legs to create momentum. Then straighten your back to move the kettlebell up to your shoulder level. Now again move the bell between your legs bending your hips and knees. You should repeat this move 15 to 20 times.
    Some of the precautions to take are: 1. Do not overstrain yourself and 2. Make sure you do not round your lower back at any time and let it bend naturally.
    So start doing this exercise to get rid of belly fat quickly.
