All step moves are basic, simple and easy to follow. No hard step moves or choreography. I will focus on lower body sculpt and toning in this workout. This workout will fly by and you will be sweating like crazy when you are done with this workout Great if you’re short on time. Anyone can do this step aerobics workout. Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty.
