A quick 10 minute HIIT circuit for you to do in your apartment gym, or wherever you want to! Some equipment is required, but you can always improvise if you don’t have the equip. that I do 🙂

The Workout:
You will be preforming each exercise for 30 seconds, and resting in between for 30 seconds.
CIRCUIT 1:
:30 Skater Jumps
:30 rest
:30 Med Ball Side to Side
:30 rest
:30 Tricep Pushup to Spiders
:30 rest
:30 Bicep Curl into Over Head Press
REPEAT 3x
Rest for 1 minute in between circuits
CIRCUIT 2:
:30 Alternating KB Swings
:30 rest
:30 DB Side Planks w Twist
:30 rest
:30 Ab Roll Outs
:30 rest
:30 Med Ball DB Sit Ups
:30 rest
:30 Med Ball Toss w Flutter Kicks
REPEAT 3x
Hehe I gave you guys 5 exercises instead of 4 for the last circuit OOPS, so crush it!!
