What’s the best cardio workout for fat loss? In today’s video, I’ll be sharing with you my favourite cardio workout that I use ALL THE TIME to burn maximal amounts of fat. Plyometrics…AKA Jump Training! The high intensity nature of these Plyometric exercises, when strung together into a circuit, becomes an incredibly effective method for burning fat. Pick 1 exercise from each group I list in the video (Group A, Group B& Group C), and perform the 3 exercises in a circuit. Transition between each exercise with absolutely NO rest. Upon completing your first round, rest 30-45 seconds and then repeat the circuit for 3 total rounds!
