Let’s talk about cardio and bodyweight exercises. First of all what you see in this video are clips of one of my lower body routine. If you follow me from long enough, you’ll know I’m not a big fan of the stair master team, only when is needed and for convenience. I like to perform various techniques to exercise; not only to shock my body and make significant improvements, but yet to change it up, to make it feels fun and boost my mindset too – it’s important. Or sooner or late, you will lose motivation, get out of track and probably hate the gym. Another thing you need to know and always see through social medias from those models called personal trainers, promoting home workouts or bodyweight stuffs. Let’s be clear with that. Doing only body weight won’t build your dream booty. You must add resistance to grow, shape & tone your muscles. Try different rhythm/drop sets/ circuits/ heavy/ shorter rest periods…. etc. Now go kill your workout.
