    Sifu David will going to show you his Combative Wing Chun 3 Basic Wing Chun Excercises that you can do at home to become stronger and get better Wing Chun Techniques.

    First do the « A » Stance – « Bai Jong »

    Drill #1 « Chain Punch Drill »
    – add speed
    – punch higher
    – punch in middle
    – punch a little lower

    Drill #2 « Foot Work Drill » (Chain Punch Drill with Foot Work)
    – one foot forward
    – step punch

    Drill #3 « Staggered Foot Work Chain Punch Drill »
    – two steps forward
    – move the other foot at the back
    – combine the foot work with the hand attacks

    These Best Wing Chun Workout and Training Exercises has something to do with small space, you’re not going need a lot of moves and spaces doing these exercise.
