Join fitness pro, Caroline Jordan for this quick 10 minute total body strengthening routine. This video is appropriate for all levels and involves a some of the best moves for stronger, tighter abs, thighs, butt and hips. A short, easy combination of planks, sit ups, crunches, bridges, leg lifts and other challenging strengthening moves to work your total body. These moves will strengthen your lower back, arms, glutes, and both the upper and lower abdominals. Its a total body workout with a core and thigh focus – gaurenteed to make you sweat and help you on your way to a 6 pack and tight glutes.

This free fitness video doesnt require any equipment and is perfect for at home or traveling workouts. Work through the circuit once, or repeat the routine 2-3 times through for a longer core workout that will leave you feeling strong and sore.
