    Summer vibe is back! drop your towel, get the confident and the ABS! as I promised you in part 3, we gonna work on abs in part 4, so get ready for the burn!

    I start with some easy moves first as usual and slowly increase the level, that way, you and I we both can slowly build strength together. I wasn’t born to be strong, needless to say a skinny and weak Asian girl. I’ve learned from my trainers, and develop my own methods (both workouts and nutritions intake) to build strength (and the booty); because you know nobody understands your body better than you.

    Apparently, things work very well, I feel so much confident now, i eat anything I like and not feel guilty at all. I have to admit, ab muscles are pretty tough to build compare to booty but like they said your mind controls over the body, it doesn’t have to be six pack abs but a nice shape and firm ab will make us happy and healthy enough. And that I believe we can make it, TOGETHER!
