This effective weekly program combines body-sculpting Yoga workouts with high intensity cardio, plyometric exercise, strength moves and tabata training to boost the metabolism, burn unwanted calories and target all major muscle groups tone the body from head to toe! Build muscle, burn fat, increase stamina and boost energy levels as you sculpt the arms, legs, abs, chest, shoulders, back and butt each day.
