    This is an easy abs workout for beginners, filmed at my gym (la fitness), but you can do some of the exercises at home, as well.. It is easy and quick to complete, preferably in a gym but some moves can be done at home. My next video will be back workouts.

    In this video I will provide you with an easy workout for beginners that you can complete at the gym, specifically made for women.

    10 minutes of cardio and a slight stretch to warm up your body. Cardio is the fastest way to drop excess weight. Cardio also releases endorphins which will help with your mental health as well as your physical health. Running and cardio will also warm up your muscles for the abs workout to come.

    Easy abs workout routine for women:

    2 x 15 spin machine @ 70 lbs
    2 x 15 each side hyperextended back extension machine
    2 x 20 crunch machine @ 20 lbs
    30 second plank
    30 sec each side plank
    2 x 30 plank switch sides
    30 side tables
    2 x 30 twist crunches
    2 x 15 crunches switching 10 lb weight
    2 x 15 slow motion mountain climbers

    Finish off by getting in a good stretch!
