    Our fitness expert Samantha Clayton shows you how to do our convenient and customizable Herbalife24 certified fitness routines. Grab a friend, watch the videos at home or on the go, perform the exercises and progress through the series until you achieve your desired fitness level.

    The Active Body Fit workout program helps you achieve an improved level of fitness through exercises that provide repetition, gradual progression and periods of rest. You’ll achieve maximum benefits from the program when combined with a smart nutrition plan that helps you to build, repair and r[eplenish your body. Performing these safe and fun exercises as part of a healthy, active lifestyle will help you take the guess work out of planning your fitness routine.

    Each week, we provide you with three workouts routines consisting of five exercises each, all designed to keep your mind engaged and your body progressing. You can customize each workout to your needs by doing standard or modified exercises. You’ll progress through Foundation, Interval and Endurance workout routines each week and at the end of each month you can test your fitness level with a Challenge workout.     About Samantha Clayton:

    Samantha Clayton is responsible for all activities relating to exercise and fitness education for Herbalife’s independent Members and employees. Through in-person training sessions, educational tools and materials and her blog (www.discovergoodfitness.com), she ensures that the important role of exercise as part of a healthy active life is understood by all. She also helps create, organize, and promote employee fitness programs and activities as an integral part of the company’s corporate wellness program.
    A native of Liverpool, England, Samantha initially worked as a consultant for Herbalife for two years and led the Herbalife24-Fit program, the company’s first comprehensive fitness training program and DVD series.
    Before joining the corporate ranks, Samantha was a professional athlete. She represented Great Britain in the 2000 Sydney Olympics in both the 200m and the 4x100m relay events. Prior to the Olympics, she won two medals in the Olympic AAA trials – a silver medal for the 200m and a bronze for the 100m – as well as a silver medal in the 4x100m relay during the European Junior Championships in 1997. Her personal records include an 11.40 seconds in the 100m and 23.02 seconds in the 200m.
    Samantha is a personal trainer and group exercise coach through the American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) and International Sport Science Association (ISSA).

    The aim of our Active Body Fit workout series is to provide you with safe, fun exercise ideas, and healthy active lifestyle tips to help you take the guess work out of planning your fitness routine.

    We have provided you with three workouts to do each week. Each workout contains 5 key exercises that follow a variety of different progressions throughout the month, my aim is to keep you engaged and keep your body progressing.
    For each exercise provided we offer an advanced and modified version so that the workout can be tailored to fit people with all levels of fitness.

    At the end of each month there is a challenge week so you can test your fitness level and have fun with your group of friends.

    Watch the video for the workout on your chosen day, familiarize yourself with the moves, equipment needed and safety considerations then you are ready to go. You can do your workout anywhere, in a gym a park or at the beach you choose. Do it alone or invite your friends.
