First hard ARM WRESTLING TRAINING workout in preparation for The Arm Battle of Sweden at the middle of December 2017.
Between sets 1 min rest and 2 min rest between exercises
All exercises 4 sets 8-10 reps and dropset with 10-20 reps
1. Deadlift with FAT gripz
2. Towel deadlifts (thumb Up)
3. Pull ups with rotating handles
4. Cable Row with Grenadier Grips
5. Side to side Pull Ups
6. Half Preacher Curls
7. Towel half curls
8. Knuckle up static lifts
9. Sitting overhand barbell curls
10. Cable Wrist curls on Table
11. Board Wrist Curls
